Tanya has been proud to work with the Humour Foundation in the Therapeutic Clown space and Inscape Tasmania as a musician and facilitator delivering music and art to the bedside of patients, families and staff in healthcare settings.

​

It is her passion to connect with humanity in the vulnerable state to effect healing and hope for future generations.

​

In earlier years she taught circus and performance to adults and children in Tasmania, NT and WA. Among a colourful variety of  performances in the Territory and 3 short films, Tanya performed acting roles with Red Dust Theatre. Of note, played Goldie in the tremendous locally written play named Barracking which was mounted twice in Alice Springs between 2004-2007, toured NT with Artback assistance receiving accolades at 2007 Darwin Festival.

 

Since moving back to Hobart in 2008 she has co-devised and designed roving acts, working the Taste of Tasmania and other festivals and was Mole in Big Monkey's production of Wind in the Willows at the Royal Hobart Botanical Gardens in 2010/11.
